BrainSource is an informational website aimed at enriching professional, practical,
and responsible applications of neuropsychological and neuroscientific knowledge. The website is
presented by neuropsychologist, Dennis P. Swiercinsky, Ph.D. Proposed
contributions to the website are invited.
This website originated in 1998 for promotion of clinical services and
as a portal for dissemination of certain documents useful for attorneys,
insurance professionals, students, families and persons with brain injury,
rehabilitation specialists, and others working in the field of brain
injury. The website is growing to expand content to broader areas of
neuropsychological application.
Highest standards of professional content are sought. Constructive
comments and
suggestions from visitors are invited that will help meet the site's
goals, and visitor's desires for information. As the site matures, additional
text content, graphics, and educational resources will be added. Graphic
artists are invited to submit works related to brain anatomy and
neuropsychological concepts.
Assistance for individual clinical issues cannot be provided through
the website. Individuals seeking advice or direction regarding
neuropsychological problems are invited to search for local
neuropsychologists in their geographical areas. See the resources listed
on the Neuropsychology page.
Graphics used in the website have been purchased for use in electronic
media and may not be downloaded or disseminated in any manner. Some
graphics are in the public domain or have been constructed specifically
for this website.
