How does the brain work? How does learning take place? Why do we remember some things and forget others? The following resources begin to explore the working brain.

New Horizons for Learning provides numerous resources related to education. The Brain Lab (see next item) contains content specifically related to neuroscience.

The Brain Lab , a section of New Horizons, provides a variety of content about the brain and education as well as numerous links to additional resources about brain functions, enhancing brain learning and performance, and a variety of applied neuroscience topics.

Brain Connection is another site offering content and additional links related to brain and learning.

Paul Bush at the University of California at San Francisco offers a brief and somewhat technically complicated article helpful in describing how the brain works.
